Home Farm Equine Clinic is a state-of-the-art medical and surgical facility located at Reaseheath, Nantwich, Cheshire, UK CW5.

We provide routine veterinary care as well as complete diagnostic, surgical, medical, reproductive and rehabilitative services for your horse. Our staff and facilities are available direct to horse owners and to referring veterinary surgeons.

Our dedicated equine clinic was opened in 1994 and extended in 2002.
